1. Civil Engineering

The project leases 50 mu of land with a total construction area of ​​10960 square meters. 3. Auxiliary works

The 35KV power distribution line is 1,000 meters, a deep well, walls, gates, site hardening, greening and other projects.

III. Project Implementation Progress

The project implementation progress is as follows:

1. From June 2017 to December 2017, fund raising for project design, geological prospecting, and production equipment test score construction.

2. Civil works started in January 2018 and completed in September.

3. In September 2018, corporate management, production quota, and technical training.

4. In October 2018, install and debug the equipment.

5. Start mass production in November 2018.

6. The production reached the standard in February 2019.

IV. Project Implementation Technical Plan

1. Required equipment, tools, raw materials

Ordinary grinders, granulators, guillotines, large water tanks or pools are used as fermentation vessels, rice wine koji, sauce koji, vinegar koji or other fermentation agents, and thermometers.

2. Technical route and process

Using paper mulberry, corn, wheat, etc. as raw materials, a mixed feed is made through processes such as crushing, mixing, and granulation.

Process: feeding → raw material processing → crushing → batching → mixing → granulation → packaging

3. Reliability and availability of varieties and main technology sources

The project is the production of mixed feed. The project adopts a combination of independent research and development and digestion and absorption, and meets the current domestic advanced level in accordance with the requirements of national food safety standards. The technological advancement is mainly reflected in: according to the different growth stages of animals, different physiological requirements, nutritional needs for different production purposes, and Based on experiments and research on the evaluation of the nutritional value of feed, feeds from different sources are uniformly mixed in a certain proportion according to scientific formulas, and produced according to the prescribed technological process, ensuring quality and safety, and meeting the actual needs of livestock and poultry at each growth stage. No environmental pollution, it is a green environmental protection project.

Production cost estimation

1. Take 20 tons of pellet feed produced by shift as an example, the specific analysis is as follows
