With the development of animal husbandry and the export of livestock, poultry and aquatic products, it will greatly promote the faster development of the feed industry. At present, the export of livestock products must be based on the production of green livestock and poultry, and the production of green livestock and poultry must have green livestock and poultry compound feed. Therefore, the construction and production of pure natural, non-polluting, non-toxic, and non-side-effect green livestock and poultry feed is an urgent task for my country's feed manufacturers.

This article introduces the project with an annual output of 40,000 tons of pig feed and 10,000 tons of fish feed. It mainly introduces the investment cost, equipment list, area, project content, consumption of raw and auxiliary materials, etc. of the joint production line of pig feed and fish feed pellets. If calculated by the output of feed pellets per hour, it is a large-scale project of a combined pellet production line of 20 tons/hour pig feed and 5 tons/hour fish feed. This project requires not only a feed pellet machine, but also an extruder, pulverizer, mixer, packaging machine, and steam boiler.

1. Project Name, Location and Nature of Construction

2. Project Area

The project covers a total area of ​​3,000 square meters, with a total construction area of ​​3270 square meters, including a warehouse construction area of ​​2,000 square meters and a production workshop construction area of ​​1,000 square meters. The land for this project is construction land with a good ecological environment, with ponds on the west, Linnong irrigation canal on the north and east, and X056 county road. X056 county road can directly reach the center of Miluo, and farmland on the south.

3. Project Composition

The project will build a production line with an annual output of 40,000 tons of pig feed and 10,000 tons of fish feed. The engineering construction content of the project mainly includes main engineering, auxiliary engineering, environmental protection engineering, and public engineering. See Table 1 for details.

6. Product Solution

The main products produced in this project are pig feed and fish feed. The specific product plan is shown in Table 5 below.

7. Process Flow

The process flow is briefly described as follows:

(1) Raw material receiving and cleaning

After the main raw materials needed for production are brought into the factory by the car, the raw materials that need to be crushed are removed by the primary cleaning screen to remove impurities and magnetic separators to remove iron impurities. The main pollutants are removed impurities and equipment noise.

(2) Crushing section

The project's raw and auxiliary materials, corn, wheat bran, cotton meal, etc., will be crushed by a crusher after cleaning and removing impurities. The main pollutants in the crushing process are dust and equipment noise. The crushing is carried out in a closed crusher, and the dust is discharged after being processed by a pulse dust collector; the crushing equipment is equipped with a shock-absorbing foundation and a muffler.

(3) Ingredients and mixing section

According to the requirements of the formula, various raw materials participating in the ingredients are measured and weighed into the mixer in turn. The mixing process is carried out in a closed mixer, and the main pollutant is the noise of the mixing equipment.

(4) Superfine grinding section

Because the finer the particles, the larger the surface area, and the larger the contact area of ​​the digestive juice of fish and pigs, which improves the digestibility of feed and increases its nutritional reward.

(5) Secondary mixing section

The superfinely pulverized raw materials are mixed again. The mixing process is carried out in a closed mixer, and the main pollutant is the noise of the mixing equipment.

(6) Puffing and drying section

The raw and auxiliary materials after the secondary mixing are expanded and dried, and are put into the dryer for drying treatment. After drying, the moisture content of the material is about 2%.

(7) Spraying and cooling section

The spraying process of this project is a quenching and tempering process. The materials to be mixed are tempered into powdered feed with certain moisture and humidity, which is beneficial to pelletizing. After the process is completed, the materials are sent to the cooler for cooling treatment.

(8) Granulation section

The mixed raw materials enter the feed granulator, the temperature of the material is adjusted to 80-85℃ through steam, and the water content of the material is about 10%, and then the granulator is made into granules of specifications and particle size. The granulation process is mainly caused by noise pollution of granulation equipment.

(9) Double material packing section

Packed into warehouse, stored for sale.

(10) Steam boiler

The production steam is provided by a 4t/h biomass steam boiler. The biomass boiler will produce a certain amount of waste gas and biomass ash.

8. Construction Period

This project is a new project. According to the site survey, the land leveling work has been completed. This project also requires the installation of equipment for the main body, auxiliary engineering, public engineering, environmental protection engineering and other projects. The main project content is shown in Table 7 below.
