1. Project Content

2. Brief Description of Process Flow:

(1) Feed additive process

1. The raw materials arrive, and the goods are received and put into storage. If the raw materials are inspected by the quality inspection department and meet the quality requirements, they are marked as qualified. Unqualified returns.

2. Granulation section: Put all kinds of extracts into the feed pellet machine, through the feed pellet machine, make granular materials with specifications and particle size.

2. Coating section: Put the granulated extracts into the coating machine. The surface of the granules is coated with a coating composed of corn starch through a coating machine to protect the activity of the active ingredients in the extract and improve the bioavailability of the product.

3. Ingredients mixing section: According to the requirements of the formula, various raw materials participating in the ingredients enter the mixer in turn. The mixing process is carried out in a closed mixer.

4. Testing section: Samples are extracted from the mixed materials and sent to the laboratory for testing. Qualified will be sent to the next section.

5. Packing section: packing and warehousing, storage for sale or delivery.

The pollution produced in this process section is mainly equipment noise pollution, dust and unqualified products.

(2) Process flow of pre-mixed feed

1. Ingredients mixing section: According to the requirements of the formula, various raw materials participating in the ingredients enter the mixer in turn. The mixing process is carried out in a closed mixer.

2. Testing section: Samples are extracted from the mixed materials and sent to the laboratory for testing. Qualified will be sent to the next section.

3. Packing section: packing and warehousing, and qualified products are stored for sale or shipped.
